Kindergarten through 4th grade skate during PE class, learning how to literally stand, stop, and SKATE! They get to utilize some carpet in the gym to build their confidence, some may use a "skate mate" (build by Mr. Jr) and gradually move to roller magic! Next week, they get to skate to music! Sometimes it may look a tad like roller derby, but the excitement and encouragement of the students with one another, will warm your heart and make you smile!
