Transcript Requests

Current SHS students and graduates from 2004 to present day, please create a Parchment account to request your official transcript. Creating your account will take less than 2 minutes.  Click here to register with Parchment.  Your transcript will be sent directly to your designation within 48 hours. 

SHS graduates prior to 2004, please complete the Transcript Request Form and send it to Mrs. Plante at plantem@somonauk.net to request your official transcript. DO NOT REGISTER WITH PARCHMENT.  These transcripts may take up to 2 weeks for delivery. 

Current SHS students may obtain a copy of their unofficial transcript from their school counselor.
