Unfortunately, due to the inclement weather we may receive tomorrow the high school Student Council members are going to postpone the Spring Egg Hunt. While this is sad news for all of our members, we are looking to create a new event for JRW kiddos after we return from Spring Break.
Coloring contest winners will still be announced tomorrow morning, March 22, and winners will receive their prize baskets!!
Student Council members would like to thank all of the JRW students for their participation in the coloring contest. We hope they enjoyed it!!!

Congratulations to the 114 students who turned in their completed Kane County Cougars Reading Log! A gold ticket form with detailed directions has been sent home with those 114. Parents, ordering tickets is DIFFERENT this year! You are now solely in charge of ordering what you need online OR you can mail your order form and money. Tickets go on sale March 28th at 10:00 a.m.
Online registration is now open! Returning students should register for the 2024-25 school year as soon as possible. No payment needs to be made at this time. Fees are due August 1, 2024. Online credit card payments will include a service fee. Payments in cash or check can be paid in the school office. The registration process takes less than 5 minutes. Please complete the registration process as soon as possible. Make sure to update any phone numbers for any listed contacts. ONE DAY LEFT to turn in your Kane County Cougar Reading Logs! Friday, March 15th is the DEADLINE! Fourth grade is still in the lead with the most reading logs submitted, with Kindergarten trailing very close behind them! This is it....the bottom of the 9th inning!
Kane County Cougar Reading Logs are rolling in! You have until this Friday to meet the deadline! 4th grade is in the lead for number of logs turned in. Who will be in the lead tomorrow?
The JRW Parent Group is meeting on Tuesday, March 19th at 5:30 in the JRW library. All are welcome to attend, planning for teacher appreciation week as well as the Daddy/Daughter Dance will be discussed. Thank you for supporting the Jr Bobcats!
JRW is in search of substitute recess supervisors. Hours are 9:30-2:15. Please call the office if you're interested!

Remember: You can turn in your completed and SIGNED reading logs any time next week. The FINAL DEADLINE for signed logs is FRIDAY, MARCH 15th!
