Soccer had a tough 1-0 loss to Lisbon yesterday. The team played very well and had opportunities to win.
Bobcat Volleyball dropped tight three set matches at both levels last night. There were great serving runs from Nya Gonzalez, Mia Bennett, and Addy Satterfield in the 7th grade match. At 8th grade, Kira Barnes played fantastic at the net with solid serving from Rylan King, Shaynee King, Alina Joseph, and again Kira Barnes came through for the Bobcats at the service line.
Volleyball lost to Earlville last night with a great 10 point service run from Salena Norris while Mia Bennett and Olivia Hirner both fired off 4 point runs for the 7th grade squad.
Big win yesterday on the road for soccer. 7 Earlville 0. It was a nice team effort! Goal scorers were Chase Dickman 2, Carson Harper 2. Ryder Punsalan, Kendin Chiavario and Liam Wold each had 1.
Your Bobcat soccer team won 4-1 over Indian Creek yesterday. Kendin Chiavario had one goal and Chase Dickman had 3. Somonauk won the second game 1-0. Sophia Heil scored the lone goal.
Somonauk 8th grade lost a tight contest to HBR last night. The Bobcats had great runs from the service line from Rylan King, Katelin Petriekis, and Ashley McCoy.
Your soccer team had a tough loss yesterday to a good HBR team. It was tied 1-1 with 2 minutes left but it ended up a 3-1 loss. Chase Dickman scored our lone goal.

8th grade volleyball takes a match from Leland last night for their first win of the season! GREAT contributions from every player, with serving streaks coming from Shaynee King, Katelin Petriekis, Kira Barnes, Rylan King, and Ashley McCoy with CLUTCH end of match serves from Summer Anderson! Great communication and serving got the win! 7th grade battled but lost to Leland with much better communication and serving all around from the Bobcats.
Your bobcat soccer team won 3-2 in a downpour vs. Newark. Chase Dickmann scored 2 and Liam Wold scored 1.
Volleyball lost to Newark last night. 8th grade had a great showing from Kira Barnes and Kaitelin Petriekis. 7th grade saw a serving streak from Amelia Rojas and Addyson Satterfield. Come out tonight to support volleyball at home!
Thursday’s soccer game versus Serena was a 2-1 win. Our first half goal was scored by Carson Harper and our second-half goal was scored by Landon McCroskey, The offense had quite a few chances to add a couple more goals but couldn’t finish. Defenders played well, and only allowed one goal in the first half from the outside. Our second game ended in a 2 to 1 loss. The goal was scored by Asher Britt.

Soccer lost 3-0 yesterday to a very good Lisbon team. We played very well but gave up a couple easy goals. Carson Harper hit the goal post and the crossbar on free kicks so it could have been a much closer game. We’re proud of how we fought to the end!

For 7th grade, Olivia Hirner fired off 17 service points IN A ROW! Mia Bennett laid up 7, Jaidynn Land put up 4, and a FANTASTIC all around effort from the team!
8th grade was led by Shaynee King with 7 service points. We saw streaks of great play from the whole team which means great things for the future!
A tough loss last night for volleyball, but play is improving on both levels. We'll get 'em on Thursday!
